Service Level Agreement

Uptime Target

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for production services.

Exclusions

The uptime commitment excludes:

  • Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice)
  • Force majeure events
  • Third-party API or infrastructure outages
  • Issues caused by customer misconfigurations

Service Credits

If we fail to meet the uptime target, you may be eligible for service credits applied to future invoices. Credits must be requested within 30 days of the incident.

Service credits are your sole remedy for SLA violations.
